Dear Parents,
Welcome to our Website.
It is hard to believe it is February already. We have been lucky that the weather has been very good to us this winter.
We open up our month by celebrating Catholic Schools Week. The theme this year is Faith, Academics, Service. It’s a time whereby we reflect on who we are and what we are about and what we can do for others. We are very proud of our school community for being a Catholic School. We start and end our day with prayers; we work hard to make our school advance academically; we give service to the community be helping others throughout the school year. Each of our classes will be doing something special to make this week memorable. Some classes are having Grandparents in to visit and read a story. Others are having community helpers in to talk about their careers. Our upper graders are dressing up as famous twins. We are having bake sales, trade sales, a book fair and a special Mass for first Friday. A highlight is that we are all having fun by changing our routine and celebrating who we are and what we are about.
We have so many wonderful vents going on this month. We kickoff with our Mother-Daughter breakfast on February 5. We are planning application day for new students on February 8th. We are having an Alumni Mass on Sunday, February 12. We hope our former students and families will come back to visit us. Our always fun, February Fortune is themed this year to “Lucky Luau” which is on February 25. We end our month with our winter recess.
